Eversheds Appoints New Real Estate and Regulatory Head in Brussels

Johan’s expertise lies in real estate development, finance, investment and management, he also advises on real estate related regulatory matters. His holistic practice cuts across all legal and strategic aspects of real estate, energy and natural resources and infrastructure projects.
Johan has been involved in many of Belgium’s largest real estate projects and transactions over the past decade. He has also lobbied with local authorities on industry matters and has represented various clients in legal proceedings before both civil and administrative courts, including the Belgian Council of State, as well as before the Constitutional Court of Belgium.
