Osborne Clarke Strengthens Europe with Double Partner Hire

Claire joins the Osborne Clarke office in Paris from Parisian law firm B-Cube where she was a founding Partner. Before founding B-Cube, Claire worked as in-house legal counsel at Gallimard Jeunesse Musique and also spent seven years at French law firm Deprez Dian Guignot (DDP). Claire brings Associate Julia Darcel with her from B-Cube. Claire's practice covers intellectual property, internet, commercial and advertising law for French and international clients, for both contentious and non-contentious matters.
David joins the Brussels team from Linklaters where he advised a number of biotechnology, IT, insurance and renewable energy companies. David specialises in international M&A, private equity transactions, public takeovers, public offerings, corporate governance and international corporate restructurings.
