This 2-day seminar focuses on the latest case law handed down by the CJEU and the ECtHR in the field of asylum law, with a special focus on human rights.
Covering judgements published in 2023 and 2024, its priority focus is on novelties in the approach of the two European Courts with a few highlights from judgements that affirm existing case law.
