Objective
The aim of this conference is to provide legal practitioners with an update on the reform of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) and the efforts undertaken to implement the New EU Pact on Migration.
Recent developments related to safeguarding fundamental rights in the CEAS, together with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights, will also be addressed. Additionally, this year the conference will tackle challenges related to the use of artificial intelligence and its implications for people on the move.
