Objective
On 8 June 2017, the Council of the EU adopted its position on the proposed directive setting out rules for B2C contracts for the supply of digital content. Negotiations with the European Parliament are expected to start in autumn.
This conference will offer a platform for legal practitioners to debate the central issues of this highly controversial proposal at a decisive stage in the legislative process.
